Philodendron Bob Cee (Philodendron ‘Bob Cee’) is a striking tropical aroid prized by collectors for its dramatic, deeply lobed foliage and bold architectural appearance. As the plant matures, its leaves develop increasingly pronounced narrow lobes, creating an exotic silhouette that makes this rare Philodendron an impressive addition to any indoor plant collection or tropical greenhouse.
Plant Characteristics
Philodendron Bob Cee produces large, elongated green leaves with deep, finger-like lobes that become more dramatic as the plant matures. The foliage has a smooth to slightly glossy texture with a rich green coloration. This Philodendron has a climbing growth habit and benefits from a moss pole, stake, or other vertical support. Under ideal growing conditions, mature plants can develop significantly larger leaves and an impressive tropical form.
Care Guide
Light: Provide bright, indirect light for healthy growth and well-developed foliage. Avoid prolonged direct afternoon sun, which may scorch the leaves.
Water: Water when the top layer of the growing medium begins to dry. Keep the soil lightly moist but never consistently waterlogged.
Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity, ideally around 60–80%.
Temperature: Best grown between 65–85°F (18–29°C). Protect from cold drafts and temperatures below 55°F (13°C).
Soil: Use a chunky, well-draining aroid mix containing materials such as orchid bark, perlite, coco chips, and other aerating components.
Why Collectors Love It
Collectors love Philodendron Bob Cee for its distinctive deeply divided foliage and increasingly dramatic appearance as it matures. Its unusual leaf structure gives it strong visual presence, making it an excellent choice for collectors looking for a statement Philodendron with impressive mature potential.

I am so incredibly late on posting this video. This plant came in 3 weeks ago now and I’m just getting to posting this and I almost thought I wasn’t going to. My editing software was not working for anything, but I got it all fixed so now I can start getting out lots of videos we’ve recorded recently!🪴
