4. Shipping Process (USA Cargo)

Plants are shipped in bulk from Indonesia
Delivered to our US partner facility:

5. Processing & Dispatch Time

All plants require preparation before export, including:

Indonesia → USA hub: 2–4 days
Repacking: 1–2 days

For claims:

Must be submitted within 24 hours after delivery
Clear photo or video evidence is required

Shipping fees are non-refundable once processing begins
