Minimum Order Requirement
A minimum order of $300 is required to qualify for wholesale pricing.
Import Permit Requirements
For buyers in the United States, import permits are not required when using our cargo shipping system via our US hub.
For Canada and certain other countries, an import permit may be required depending on local regulations.
We recommend checking your country’s import requirements before placing an order. Our team is happy to assist if needed.
Damage Policy
We take full responsibility for any damage caused by our handling.
For rare cases of damage during international shipping:
- Reshipment: One-time reshipment of affected plants (shipping cost borne by the customer)
- Partial Refund: Up to 50% of the plant value (excluding phytosanitary and shipping costs)
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours after package arrival, with clear unboxing video/photo evidence.

Please note that initiating disputes or chargebacks (via PayPal, Shopify, or other payment providers) may limit our ability to assist further.
