Return & Refund Policy

Aroidmarket ships live plants with careful preparation and professional export handling. Due to the nature of live plants and international shipping, all purchases are subject to the following refund and claim policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final.
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed.
2. Claim Eligibility (DOA – Dead on Arrival)
Claims are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The plant arrives severely damaged or dead on arrival (DOA)
- The claim is submitted within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photo or video evidence is provided
Evidence must clearly show:
- The condition of the plant upon arrival
- The unboxing process
- The shipping box and label (including phytosanitary label)
Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
3. What Is Not Covered
We do not accept claims for:
- Minor cosmetic damage (small leaf tears, blemishes)
- Temporary stress from transit (yellowing, leaf drop, dehydration only 20% of the plant)
- Damage limited to leaves while stems and roots remain healthy
We also do not cover issues caused by:
- Customs delays
- Weather conditions
- Improper handling after delivery
- Failure to follow local import regulations
These are considered normal risks in shipping live plants.
4. Import Regulations & Customs Issues
Buyers are responsible for:
- Ensuring plants are permitted in their country
- Securing import permits if required
- Paying any taxes, duties, or inspection fees
Aroidmarket is not responsible for:
- Confiscation or destruction by customs
- Delays caused by customs inspections
- Rejected shipments due to missing documentation
No refunds will be issued in these cases.
5. Claim Resolution
If a claim is approved, Aroidmarket may offer one of the following:
Reshipment
- Replacement of damaged plants (same or similar items)
- Shipping cost borne by the customer
- Valid for one-time replacement only
Partial Refund
- Up to 50% of the total plant value
- Excludes phytosanitary certificate and shipping costs
All resolutions are provided at our discretion based on the evidence submitted.
6. How to Submit a Claim
To submit a claim, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Brief explanation of the problem
Our team will review your case and respond as soon as possible.
7. Communication Policy
We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and professionally.
We kindly ask customers to maintain respectful communication.
Abusive language, threats, or public defamation may result in the rejection of your claim.
We reserve the right to decline any claim if communication is conducted inappropriately.
8. Refused or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is:
- Refused by the buyer
- Returned due to incorrect address
No refunds or replacements will be issued.
9. Agreement
By placing an order with Aroidmarket, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Claim Policy.
