1. General Conditions

Aroidmarket sells live ornamental plants through international shipping.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone at any time
  • Modify or discontinue any part of our services without prior notice
  • Update these Terms & Conditions at any time

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least the legal age in your jurisdiction
  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
  • You are responsible for complying with local laws and import regulations

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display products accurately. However:

  • Live plants may vary in size, shape, and appearance
  • Photos are for reference only
  • Minor cosmetic differences are natural and expected

We do not guarantee identical appearance to product images.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise
  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • Full payment is required before order processing

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraud.

5. Order Processing

Once an order is placed:

  • Orders cannot be canceled
  • Processing begins immediately due to export preparation

Estimated Processing Time:

1–2 weeks, including:

  • Export permit processing
  • Laboratory inspection
  • Phytosanitary certification
  • Packing and preparation

Processing time may vary depending on inspection results, weather, or operational conditions.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 4–7 days after dispatch (depending on destination and courier)

Aroidmarket is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier services

7. Export Compliance (Indonesia)

In accordance with Indonesian regulations:

  • An official Export Permit must be obtained before issuing a Phytosanitary Certificate
  • All plants must pass laboratory inspection by the Agricultural Quarantine Agency

If any plant fails inspection, the process must be repeated, which may extend the processing timeline.

8. Inspection Responsibilities

  • Aroidmarket is responsible for all inspections and certifications within Indonesia
  • Once shipped, all import inspections and regulations in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility

9. Import Responsibility

Buyers are fully responsible for:

  • Ensuring plants are permitted in their country
  • Obtaining import permits (if required)
  • Complying with local import regulations

If a shipment is rejected, held, or destroyed due to import issues, Aroidmarket is not liable.

10. Taxes & Duties

All taxes, duties, inspection fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

11. Shipping Instructions

Buyers are encouraged to provide specific shipping instructions based on their country’s regulations.

If no instructions are provided:

  • Standard shipping procedures will be applied
  • The buyer accepts all associated risks

12. Plant Condition & Natural Risk

Live plants are sensitive and may experience:

  • Stress during transit
  • Minor damage or decay

These are inherent risks in international plant shipping.

13. Damage & Claim Policy

If severe damage occurs:

Reshipment

  • One-time replacement of completely damaged plants
  • Shipping cost borne by the buyer

Partial Refund

  • Up to 50% of plant value
  • Excludes phytosanitary and shipping costs

Claims must:

  • Be submitted within 24 hours
  • Include clear photo or video evidence

14. Shipping Capacity

We process approximately 80–100 shipments per week.
Orders may be queued depending on demand.

15. Dispute Resolution

We prioritize fair and transparent communication.

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating disputes or chargebacks (PayPal, Shopify, or other providers), as this may limit our ability to assist further.

16. Import Permits

We strongly recommend that buyers provide valid import permits when required by their country.

Failure to provide proper documentation may result in shipment rejection or destruction.

17. No Minimum Order

There is no minimum order requirement. Customers may order any quantity.

18. Limitation of Liability

Aroidmarket is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage caused by factors beyond our control
  • Customs-related issues or delays
  • Improper handling after delivery

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.

19. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Aroidmarket and may not be used without permission.

20. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Interfere with website operations
  • Provide false or misleading information

21. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
