📄 Terms & Conditions – Aroid Market
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order on Aroid Market. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below:
1. 📦 Order Processing Time
The order processing time usually takes 1–2 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeline includes the following steps:

Handover to courier
We aim to ensure all export procedures meet international standards for safe and legal plant shipments.
2. ✈️ Estimated Shipping Time
After your package is dispatched, estimated delivery time is 4–7 days, depending on the destination country and courier conditions.
3. 📝 Export Permit Requirements (Indonesia)
Under Indonesian export regulations, we are required to obtain an official Export Permit before a Phytosanitary Certificate can be issued. This process may take a few days and must be completed before your plants can be shipped.
4. 🧪 Laboratory Inspection
Every order must go through a lab examination by the Indonesian Agricultural Quarantine Agency.

The plants will be tested for pests, bacteria, mites, fungi, and other threats.

If any plant tests positive, we are obligated to repeat the entire inspection process, which may extend the timeline.
This is a legal requirement and part of our commitment to healthy, pest-free exports.
5. 🔍 Inspection Responsibilities

We are responsible for all inspections and certifications within Indonesia.

Once the package is shipped, any customs checks, import inspections, or regulations at the destination country are fully the buyer’s responsibility.
6. 💰 Taxes and Duties
All taxes, duties, and inspection fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
7. 📦 Shipping Instructions
Buyers are encouraged to provide detailed shipping instructions to comply with their country’s regulations.
If no specific instructions are given, we will use our standard shipping procedures. In this case, the buyer agrees to accept all shipping risks and has no claim against the seller if any issue occurs.
8. 📈 Shipping Capacity
We process and ship approximately 80–100 packages per week. Orders may be queued depending on current demand.
9. 🤝 Dispute Resolution
All issues, including PayPal disputes or claims, will be resolved through mutual agreement and open communication. We believe in fair, transparent dialogue with our customers.
10. 🌿 Plant Damage & Refund Policy
Plants may experience some stress, damage, or decay during international transit, and this is an inherent risk in live plant shipping.
However, if total damage or decay occurs due to mishandling by the courier or improper treatment during shipping, we offer two solutions:

🔄 Reshipment: We will resend all completely damaged plants. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. This offer is valid one time only.

💸 Partial Refund: Up to 50% refund of the total plant value, excluding the Phytosanitary Certificate and original shipping fees.
Photo or video evidence is required to process any refund or replacement request.
11. 📄 Import Permits
For safer shipping, we strongly recommend that buyers attach a valid Import Permit issued by their country of destination, regardless of the number of plants ordered.
12. ❌ Import Compliance
If your shipment is held or rejected due to missing or invalid import documents, it is entirely the buyer’s responsibility.
13. 📦 No Minimum Order
There is no minimum order requirement. You are free to order as few or as many plants as you wish.
14. 📋 Importer’s Responsibility
Importers must obtain and provide any required permits before the shipment begins.
Failure to provide valid documents may result in customs rejection or destruction of the shipment, for which Aroid Market is not liable.
