Philodendron billietiae produces long, narrow, heart-to-arrow-shaped green leaves with gently wavy margins and a smooth, slightly glossy texture. One of its most recognizable features is its striking orange to reddish-orange petioles, which create a beautiful contrast against the deep green foliage. It has a climbing to semi-climbing growth habit and benefits from support such as a moss pole or plant stake. Under favorable growing conditions, mature leaves can become impressively large and elongated.
