Originating from Aceh, Sumatra, this unidentified Hoya shows a close visual affinity to Hoya deykeae while retaining its own unique form, making it an exciting addition for serious Hoya enthusiasts and rare houseplant collectors.
Plant Characteristics
Hoya Sp. Aceh Aff. Deykeae develops thick, firm leaves with a subtly textured surface, prominent dark venation, and an elongated heart-shaped profile. New foliage may emerge in lighter green tones before gradually deepening as it matures. This rare Hoya has a climbing and trailing growth habit, making it ideal for growing on a trellis, hoop, moss pole, or in a hanging planter. With proper care, its vines can extend several feet over time while remaining easy to shape through pruning and training.
