Often called a Shooting Star Hoya, this collectible Hoya stands apart from typical trailing varieties with its more upright, shrubby growth habit and eye-catching blooms, making it an attractive addition to any Hoya or tropical plant collection.

Hoya Multiflora Javanica produces elongated, lance-shaped green leaves with a smooth to slightly textured surface and clearly visible venation. Unlike many vining Hoyas, it tends to develop a more upright, branching growth habit, creating a fuller and bushier appearance as the plant matures.
Under favorable indoor or greenhouse conditions, established plants can develop into substantial specimens with multiple branches. Its distinctive flowers appear in clusters, featuring narrow, swept-back petals that create the characteristic “shooting star” appearance associated with Hoya multiflora.
