Our priority is always strong roots, good condition, and quality selection in every plant we ship.
Epipremnum pinnatum ‘Variegated’ is a striking tropical climbing aroid prized for its beautiful green foliage splashed and marbled with creamy white to pale yellow variegation. As the plant matures, its leaves can become larger and develop dramatic natural fenestrations, giving it an increasingly exotic appearance that makes it highly desirable among rare houseplant and aroid collectors.
Plant Characteristics
Epipremnum Pinnatum Variegated features elongated, glossy green leaves with unique cream-to-white variegation that varies naturally from leaf to leaf. Juvenile plants typically produce narrow, entire leaves, while mature specimens grown with climbing support can develop larger foliage with distinctive splits and fenestrations. It is a vigorous climbing plant that performs especially well when trained on a moss pole, plank, or other vertical support.
Care Guide
-
Light: Bright, indirect light is recommended to encourage healthy growth and maintain attractive variegation. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which may scorch lighter sections of the leaves.
-
Water: Water when the upper layer of the growing medium begins to dry. Avoid keeping the roots constantly wet.
-
Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity, ideally around 60–80%.
-
Temperature: Thrives in warm tropical conditions between 65–85°F (18–29°C).
-
Soil: Use a loose, well-draining aroid mix with good aeration, such as a combination of orchid bark, coco chips or coco coir, perlite, and other porous materials.
Why Collectors Love It
Collectors appreciate Epipremnum Pinnatum Variegated for its unpredictable variegation, vigorous climbing habit, and dramatic transformation as it matures. With proper support and growing conditions, its increasingly large and fenestrated foliage can become a standout feature in any tropical plant collection.

I am so incredibly late on posting this video. This plant came in 3 weeks ago now and I’m just getting to posting this and I almost thought I wasn’t going to. My editing software was not working for anything, but I got it all fixed so now I can start getting out lots of videos we’ve recorded recently!🪴
