Its elongated green leaves display attractive cream-to-white variegated patterns, making each plant visually unique and especially appealing to collectors of unusual Aglaonema and variegated houseplants.
Plant Characteristics
This variegated Aglaonema features smooth, elongated to lance-shaped leaves with a naturally glossy surface and irregular light-colored variegation. The plant develops an upright, clumping growth habit, gradually producing new shoots from the base as it matures.
Under suitable indoor growing conditions, Aglaonema modestum can develop into a compact to medium-sized tropical houseplant with dense foliage. Leaf size, variegation pattern, and overall plant shape may vary naturally from specimen to specimen.
