  1. Wholesale Price List

    Please note: prices on our website are retail prices. As a wholesaler, you’ll receive exclusive discounted rates.

  2. Minimum Purchase
    A minimum order of $400 is required to qualify for wholesale pricing.

  3. Exclusive Discounts

  5. Import Permit Requirements

    • Resellers in certain countries must secure and provide an import permit.
    • The import permit must be submitted to us and attached to the shipment for smooth processing.

  6. Damage Policy

    • If plants are damaged due to our error, we take 100% responsibility.
    • For rare instances where international shipping causes plant damage:
      • Reshipment: One-time reshipment of damaged plants, with shipping costs borne by the customer. Further damage is no longer our responsibility.
      • Partial Refund: Up to 50% of the total order value, excluding phytosanitary fees and shipping costs.

  7. Communication Is Key

    • All issues will be resolved through clear communication and negotiation.
    • Dispute resolution via PayPal is discouraged, as we aim to handle every issue amicably and efficiently.
