Please note that the estimated time from when your order is placed until it is shipped is typically 1–2 weeks. This timeline includes all necessary inspections and documentation to ensure your plants are fully compliant with international export regulations.
🔄 Order Processing Steps
1. Export Permit Preparation
We handle all official documentation for smooth and legal international shipping:
-
Online PTK (Export Approval)
-
SIPMENTAN Processing
-
Phytosanitary Certificate Application
These steps ensure your plants clear all export requirements without delays.
2. Laboratory Inspection
Each plant undergoes a detailed inspection at a certified lab under the Agricultural Quarantine Agency.
We check for:
-
Pests
-
Diseases
-
Mites, bacteria, and other harmful agents
Only plants that pass inspection move forward in the export process.
3. Phytosanitary Certification
After passing lab inspection, packed plants undergo physical checks by the Agricultural Quarantine Agency.
Once approved, an official Phytosanitary Certificate is issued to authorize export.
