• The importer must obtain the necessary permits before starting and include those permits with the shipment such as an import permit.
• The possibility of damage or decay at the time of delivery of plants sometimes occurs and this is a risk that must be known and borne by every buyer/customer because what we send are live plants.
3. ABOUT WARRANTY
• If the plant arrives damaged, unstorable, or if within 2 weeks of delivery the plant does not survive, we provide a 100% plant replacement guarantee, provided the buyer/customer pays a shipping fee of $43
• Resend is only valid 1 time, If there is further damage after re-shipping, then we provide a 50% refund option.
