2. The photo is just an example, you will get a random plant, size and shape as in the photo (more leaves or less). Of course we will choose the best plants for you, healthy plants are our priority
3. The size of the plant can be larger or smaller depending on the available stock.

To help your plant settle in after international transit:
- Light: Bright, indirect light (avoid harsh direct sun for the first 7 days)
- Water: Keep medium lightly moist, not soggy. Water only when the top layer starts to dry.
- Humidity: Preferably 70%+ (a humidity dome/box can help during the first week)
- Temperature: Ideal 68–82°F. Avoid below 60°F (risk increases under 55°F).
- Acclimation tip: Do not repot immediately. Let it rest 7–14 days before making changes.
Plant loss is very rare with our packing standards and export experience. If an issue occurs:
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours after opening the package.
- We will offer either:
- Up to 50% refund, or
- Reshipment (shipping cost covered by the buyer)
